November 3, 2020 Election - Voter Assistance

The Whole Person can help you apply for an absentee or mail in ballot for the upcoming November election. We can also notarize your ballot.

Missouri Residents

For the November general election in 2020, Missouri voters will be eligible to cast ballots by mail with notarization of the ballot envelope, and voters in at-risk categories for contracting or transmitting COVID-19 are eligible to vote by absentee ballot without obtaining notarization.

  • October 7 - Last day to register to vote for General Election
  • October 21, 5pm - Request Mail-in/Mail-in absentee ballots
  • November 3, 7pm - Mail-in/Mail-in absentee ballots deadline
  • November 2, 5pm - In-person absentee voting deadline
  • November 3 - General Election

The Whole Person will provide Free Mail-in and Absentee Notary Services

State law requires absentee ballots to be notarized for free. However, SB 631 did not authorize free notarization for mail-in ballots. The Whole Person is able to assist Missouri voters in notarizing their absentee or mail-in ballot envelopes at no cost. Complete form on the right to be contacted.
