AbilityKC Revolution Wheelchair Rugby Club
The KC Revolution, a division of Midwest Adaptive Sports, is an active (USQRA) United States Quad Rugby Association club team. The team is quickly rising in the USQRA ranks and after just 3 seasons sits just outside the current Top 20, with a chance to climb even higher as the 2018 Postseason approaches.
The 2017-18 season saw the team make trips to Denver, Ft. Wayne, St. Louis, Detroit, and Dallas as well as hosting a home tournament. The Revolution hope to make some noise in the 2018 Postseason as they battle for a spot at the National Tournament in Phoenix, AZ for the DI/DII Nationals.
The KC Revolution practice regularly on Monday nights from 6:30pm-9:00pm during the season (Sept-Apr) at the Gregg-Klice Community Center in downtown KC.
The team still gets together for open scrimmages during the off season as well, but games are on a week-to-week basis. Contact the team for more info.
