About The Whole Person's Basic ASL Workshop

Class Objective: The participants will learn the origin of ASL/a brief history, manual alphabet, numbers, WH-questions, greetings and introductions, and basic conversation words and phrases. This basic ASL workshop is not designed to certify those interested in becoming interpreters.

No Voice Policy:  The participants will learn ASL more quickly and effectively. Good language learning requires active learning. Full immersion helps develop better receptive and expressive skills.   The participants will find that struggling to put all of their thoughts into ASL for these one hour and fifteen minutes in class will have a marked effect on their communicative fluency.  Full participation is expected.

Details: The cost is $10 per person. 12 spots available. Register early to secure your spot!

PLEASE NOTE:  No refunds of class fee once submitted.
Due to the limited number of spaces, your fee payment indicates your commitment to attend class.
