Held every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2:00–3:00 PM, this small-group setting is open to all Consumers and covers essential topics like relationships, communication, hygiene, advocacy, healthy eating, employment, and more! December’s Theme: Confidence In December, we’ll focus on building and boosting your confidence. We’ll explore what confidence looks like to you personally and why it’s so important for achieving your goals and handling life’s challenges. Through discussion and sharing, we’ll uncover practical ways to build self-assurance and overcome self-doubt. After the conversation, we’ll celebrate confidence with a creative activity—frosted Christmas trees—to get into the holiday spirit while reinforcing the importance of believing in yourself. After the discussion, we’ll have a fun pumpkin painting craft to get creative and reinforce the idea of managing your time wisely.
