The Expressions Art Exhibition celebrates artists with disabilities, highlighting their abilities and unique talents.

Presented by The Whole Person, the exhibition promotes inclusion by featuring artwork in a professionally curated show and offering educational and networking opportunities that connect artists with the broader Kansas City creative community.

Purchase Local Artwork

We will host an opening reception on May 15th from 5-8 PM to exhibit all the artists’ work. This artwork will be available for purchase, so if you are not an artist yourself, come and get a new piece for your home.

If your artwork is sold, you will receive 50% of the sale price, with the remaining 50% donated to The Whole Person.

Artist Applications

A committee will review submissions to select artwork for the exhibition; note that not all entries may be accepted. Please submit your Artist Application and Agreement by March 2nd to participate in Expressions.

Pick Up Details

Artist artwork will be displayed at Rochester Brewing and Roasting Company for the months of May and June.

The artist will have the option to have a meet and greet throughout these months. If your artwork is not sold at the event or before the end of June, you will need to schedule a pick up at The Whole Person. Artwork will need to be retrieved by September 1st, 2026.
