The Whole Person provides skilled medical professionals, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Physical Therapists, to address acute illness, post-injury, or post-surgical needs.
Provided Services
Skilled Nursing
Our nurses provide comprehensive care, including:
• Post-hospital care
• Patient education
• Medication management
• IV therapy
• Health issue management (e.g., diabetes, CHF, lung disease)
Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing
Specialized care includes:
• Skin breakdown prevention
• Level II Wound Vac Certified staff
• Specialty dressings and post-surgical care
• Certified Wound Nurse support
Therapy Services
• Physical Therapy: Restores mobility, strength, and endurance.
