Navigating the transition to adulthood can be challenging, and that’s why The Whole Person offers Peer Group D.I.Y. Life Skills, a supportive program designed for young adults aged 18-24.
In a comfortable, small group setting, you’ll learn essential life and independent living skills, empowering you to thrive. From building healthy relationships and effective communication to mastering personal hygiene, self-advocacy, healthy eating, and employment strategies, this program provides the tools you need to confidently build your future.
These life skills classes will be held on the last Wednesday of each month from 2:00-3:00 pm.
