Held every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2:00–3:00 PM, this small-group setting is open to all Consumers and covers essential topics like relationships, communication, hygiene, advocacy, healthy eating, employment, and more!
April’s Theme: Self Love
In April, we’ll explore the importance of self-love and why it’s essential for overall well-being. We’ll talk about different ways to practice self-care and love on yourself, from positive affirmations to setting healthy boundaries. Participants will also take part in a creative craft to help reinforce these self-love practices.
