October’s Theme: Getting Organized
In October, we’ll focus on the importance of being organized and how it can help reduce stress and increase productivity in both personal and work life. We’ll discuss simple strategies for staying organized and how being organized can make everyday tasks easier and more manageable. After the discussion, we’ll have a fun activity making a Halloween stress ball to help manage any stress while adding a spooky touch to your workspace.
