March's Theme: Healthy Lifestyle
In March, we’ll dive into the key components of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We’ll discuss what actions you can take to stay healthy, how being healthy positively impacts your life, and why it’s important to prioritize your well-being. Participants will also enjoy a creative activity, making jewelry, to express themselves while learning about healthy habits.
