Hands-On Tour at KC Strings for the Blind and Low-Vision Community

Join us for a unique and interactive experience at KC Strings, where you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how musical instruments are crafted from raw wood to a finished piece of art. This special tour is designed for the blind and low-vision community, offering a tactile journey through the art of instrument making.

During the tour, you’ll learn how instruments are built from start to finish, with detailed descriptions and opportunities to hold and feel different materials used in the process. Our team encourages questions, and we’ll tailor the presentation to your interests, ensuring a personalized experience. Afterward, participants are welcome to play the instruments in the shop, bringing the craft of music to life!

Space is limited! Only 25 spots are available, so be sure to register early using the link below.

We are also happy to provide transportation to and from the event, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to attend this hands-on, accessible tour.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with the music and craftsmanship at KC Strings!
