I am a self-taught artist working primarily in acrylics. Growing up in an outdoorsy family that visited the Ozarks often helped develop a love of natural landscapes, waterscapes, sunsets, and old odd twisted trees. Participating in local Plein Air art competitions, painting Outdoors on site, gives challenges and rewards so that I am able to constantly learn and improve my craft. Being able to put beautiful colors on canvas for others to witness and enjoy is my bliss.
