2019 Expressions Artists
These artists were selected by a volunteer committee of arts professionals for the 2019 Expressions Art Exhibition. In addition to having their work exhibited at multiple venues from April 2019 through March 2020, selected artists received an honorarium and will have the opportunity to participate in professional development workshops.
All artists with disabilities (physical, cognitive, mental health, or other) in the Greater Kansas City area were invited to submit their work for consideration. Both visual artists (2D and 3D) and performing artists (dancers, musicians, actors, and spoken word artists) were encouraged to apply.
