The Whole Person offers a broad range of services to people with disabilities to increase their ability to perform day-to-day activities and reduce the need of support from family members, professional attendants or other care-giving services. Our services and programs build the confidence of these individuals and improve the many skills they need to live, learn and work in the Kansas City metro community.

The Missouri Statewide Independent Living Council (MOSILC) is seeking the help of: ALL consumers with a disability, family or friends of consumers, community partners and CIL Staff, volunteers or board members. The Consumer Needs Survey provides information for the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) and 704 reports regarding targeted outreach efforts to populations in the state that are unserved or underserved as well as services that may be needed within certain catchment areas and assess Independent Living services being provided throughout the state. ☑️ Please take a moment to share your input.: CLICK HERE
