Video/Photography Request Form
Please complete this ONLINE form to submit your request for:
- To have photos taken for a TWP event, meeting, or other activity
- To have video recorded for a department project, event, special event promotion, activity, etc.
Photography:
- Submit your request a MINIMUM a 5-days before the date you want photos taken.
- If photography is for a non-public event, it is the department/team's responsibility to collect photo/testimony release forms PRIOR to event.
Videography
- An overview brief of the purpose and usage of a video project is desired when submitting a request.
- Prior to filming, a discussion between Andrew, the team/department requesting the video, and other invested parties, will need to be scheduled.
- Please allow at least 2+ weeks for a video project. A timeline will need to be adjusted as needed.
