Volunteer Request Form
Use the form below to request a volunteer for your department or event.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The Volunteer & Event Coordinator will recruit the volunteers you request and accompany them to the work location provided by you when they arrive at TWP.
- You will be responsible for making all arrangements for computer and phone access needed for your project. Please see Teri Jones to make arrangements for workspace, computer, and phone access. Please have all necessary information prepared before the volunteer(s) arrives.
- You will be responsible for all training materials needed by your volunteer.
- You will be responsible to oversee your volunteer while they are onsite.
- Please allow 2 WEEKS for your request to be processed and filled.
