Join The Whole Person for DIY Life Skills, a peer group designed for youth ages 18-24 who want to learn and strengthen their independent living skills.
Held every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2:00–3:00 PM, this small-group setting is open to all Consumers and covers essential topics like relationships, communication, hygiene, advocacy, healthy eating, employment, and more!
January's Theme: Setting Goals
This month, we’ll explore the importance of setting goals, what happens when you don’t, and how to define your own. To make it fun and creative, participants will also create personalized Dream Boards to visualize and work toward their aspirations.
